January 1st snowpack conditions varied greatly between individual basins across the Great Basin but in general were below to much below average and ranged from 40 to 90 percent of average. April-July runoff volumes are expected to range from 55 to 80 percent of the 1961-1990 average in the northern Great Basin and 70 to 90 percent of average in the southern Great Basin..
