Water Supply Outlook Summary


Early season forecasts issued January 1st indicate below to near average April-July runoff expected throughout the Eastern Great Basin. In the Great Salt Lake Basin runoff volumes are forecast to range from 75 to 100 percent of the 1961-90 average, with 70 to 95 percent forecast in the Sevier Lake Basin. January 1st snowpack ranges from mostly 55 to 95 percent of average in the Great Salt Lake Basin and mostly 50 to 105 percent in the Sevier Lake Basin.
