January precipitation was much above average bringing the seasonal precipitation also to much above average over most of the Upper Colorado Basin. A majority of the streamflow forecasts for the April through July runoff period have increased since January 1. Forecasts call for much above average flows throughout most of the Upper Colorado Basin.
