Water Supply Outlook Summary


Precipitation during March varied from 20 percent of normal in the San Juan Basin, 30 percent in the Dolores Basin, 45 percent in the Green Basin, to 50 percent of normal in the Upper Colorado headwaters. Temperatures for the month ranged from three to six degrees above normal at representative sites within the basin. The snowpack dropped 10 to 30 percent of average.
