Upper Colorado Mainstem Outlook


Overall, the snowpack in the Upper Colorado as of May 1 was 95% of average which is an increase of 20% from last month; however, site measurements varied considerably even within basins. The Blue River Basin was a standout with many snow sites measuring much above average snowpack.
