During January, the southern part of the Upper Colorado Basin received above average precipitation while areas to the north received much below average precipitation. Overall, the April-July streamflow runoff forecasts have increased slightly in the San Juan Basin and decreased in the upper Green, White, Yampa, upper Colorado mainstem, and Gunnison River Basins from those issued last month.
