Trend for the next 2 days: High spring-runoff flows throughout most of the
Upper Colorado Basin and Eastern Great Basin.  Headwater flows will decrease
Saturday and Sunday with cooler temperatures.  Increased flows on the
San Juan River below Navajo Reservoir due to increased releases
from Navajo Dam.
