AND GREEN RIVER BASINS; LITTLE CHANGE TO SLIGHTLY FALLING IN THE SAN JUAN AND
GREAT BASINS. QUICK SHARP RISES POSSIBLE DUE TO PRECIPITATION IN ALL BASINS.
