Forecast Comments: Large amounts of rain are forecast to occur this week
southern Utah, the Four Corners region, and especially in Arizona.  
Heaviest amounts are expected Thursday.  As a result, rivers in these 
areas are forecast to begin rising in the next day or two with significant
peaks occurring at the end of the week.
