Virgin Summary
Precipitation in the Virgin River Basin during February was near 130 percent of average. Snowpack continued
to build at elevations above 6000 feet and ranges from near 130 to 215 percent of average. Forecasts
increased over those issued in Feburary. April-July runoff volumes are expected to range between 130 to
150 percent of average.

of average.
