Virgin Summary
Precipitation in the upper Virgin River exceeded 160 percent of average for January. A significant
increase in the snowpack was a result. As of early Febuary the Basin average snowpack is near 170
percent of average with some locations near 250 percent of average. April-July runoff volumes are
expected to range from near 125 to 135 percent of average.

Virgin Basin Conditions
Apr-Jul runoff volumes in the Virgin River Basin are expected to range from near 125 to 235 percent
of the average.
