Water Supply Outlook Summary
Above normal precipitation during February has increased the expected
April-July runoff volumes in the northeastern part of the Great Basin to
110-130 percent of average. Even though precipitation during February was also
above normal in the southeastern part of the Great Basin, expected runoff
volumes in this area continue to be much below normal, at 40-80 percent of
average.
