March runoff was much below average in the Virgin River Basin and much above median in the Salt River Basin and the Gila River Basin. The forecast runoff volumes for April through May are much below median in the Salt, Gila and Little Colorado river basins. In the Virgin River Basin, the April through July runoff volume is forecast to be much below average.
