February runoff was much below average in the Virgin River Basin, below median in the Salt River Basin and above median in the Gila River Basin. The forecast runoff volumes for March through May are above median in the Salt, Gila and Little Colorado river basins. In the Virgin River Basin, the April through July runoff volume is forecast to be much above average.
