Upper Colorado Mainstem Outlook

The 1996 outlook calls for much below to much above average flows in the Upper Colorado. Forecasts range from 56% of average for the Dolores at Cisco to 151% of average for East Fork Troublesome Creek near the headwaters of the Colorado River.
