Upper Colorado Mainstem Outlook

April precipitation was a nearly uniform 170 percent of average across the Upper Colorado Basin. Forecasts for the April-July runoff have increased from those issued last month and now call for a range of flows from approximately 125 percent to 180 percent of average.
