Forecasts for the major sub-basins in the Green River have increased 5% to 15% over those issued last month. Forecasts for the Upper Colorado mainstem have showed little fluctuation from last month's issuances. The San Juan basin forecasts, when compared to last month, were lowered 5% to 10%.
