Upper Colorado Mainstem Outlook


Above average precipitation during January in the Upper Colorado mainstem and headwater areas pushed the snowpack up 20% to 90% of average as of February 1. Forecasts increased approximately 15% above those issued last month and now call for an overall 90% of average April-July volume runoff.
