Forecasts for the spring runoff were increased from those issued last month by 10% to 15% of average for the Yampa/White, Upper Colorado mainstem, Gunnison, and San Juan. Most increases were due to above average January precipitation. Forecasts changed little overall in the Upper Green and Dolores basins.
