Precipitation during February followed an overall north-south pattern ranging from much above average in the Upper Green, above average to average in the Yampa/White, average in the Upper Colorado headwaters, below to much below average in the Gunnison, and much below average in the Dolores and San Juan Basins. Forecasts for the April-July runoff were increased in the Green and lowered in the Gunnison/San Juan from those issued February 1.
