May precipitation was below to much below average throughout the Upper Colorado Basin. Streamflow during May varied from below average in the San Juan and Green to much above average in the Upper Colorado headwaters. Spring runoff forecasts were changed only slightly in most areas. The most significant change was a 10% decrease in forecast volumes for the Upper Green.
