Once again, measurements of monthly precipitation in the Upper Colorado area showed a variation from much below to above average. Overall, the numbers show a slight increase in the snowpack during March but the significant increase occurred in the Blue River Basin. Forecasts for points on the Blue were raised by more than 10%.
