Indeed, by the overall numbers, forecasts have not altered much from a month ago, but changes have occurred. Parts of the Upper Green received near to below average February precipitation and forecasts were dropped slightly. Likewise for points in the Upper Colorado. In the Uintas, forecasts for some associated drainages were raised slightly. Forecasts in the Gunnison and San Juan also were modified slightly based on recent precipitation and current snowpack.
