The Fraser, Blue, and Williams Fork Basins received enough precipitation so that forecasts remained the same or were raised slightly. The Roaring Fork at Glenwood Springs forecast is now calling for 66% of average flow. Points on the lower Colorado mainstem call for approximately 75% of average flows.
