The biggest change in forecasts since April 1 has been on the San Juan where the snow continued to climb throughout April and the flows were above average. In other areas, forecasts were raised slightly for the headwaters of the Green and the eastern Duchesne and lowered slightly for points on the Yampa and lower Green. Forecasts also were lowered in the Gunnison/Dolores Basins and for points downstream on the Colorado mainstem.
